A bugaboo or "boogyman" Is a form of trash goblin, they like to hide in closets and steal things to wear on their bodies. They don't like to be a bother but they aren't very smart, they take only one or two things from every room because they think you won't notice- even if it's one of a pair like shoes. Every bugaboo looks different but they all have a distinct corn scent, so if you randomly smell corn in your room you should check the closet. They aren't mean, quite shy in fact; if you wish to befriend a bugaboo make sure to leave your Nintendo Switch out fully charged. Be careful though because if a bugaboo gets too attached, they'll never leave and you could wake up in sleep paralysis with it on your chest. They aren't pretty but when you can't move and you're half asleep they can be very scary.
