THE LEGEND
Deep lives underground lives a "tribe" of an Ancient Peoples.
Since the dawn of time, the Gods of Blood, Malice, Murder, and, most importantly, Anticlockwise have been despised and considered evil. The peoples of those days, all the way from Fransisco (The ancestors of Western Culture) to Ohaijai(The ancient Wise Ones of the East), had lived their days mocking the Gods, and denying their existence, despite the fact that people had been exploding, liquifying and even getting sliced up by mystical causes (go figure). Of course, it was the Giant Space Galactic Army that had been shooting them with special ray guns! No, it had been the Gods that sent those men to kill the Peoples.
However, out of the chaos rose a group of ambitious leaders, who decided to serve theswe Gods, and, in return, not be demolished. They became the original founders of the Blood Cult of the Underground. But, these leaders were weak in their determination. Although they had succeeded in leading a colony of people into the Caves to practice and worship in a forever exile (Because who wouldn't dig up a mausoleum and kill vast amounts of villagers to achieve that?), they, when the sacrifices ran few, refused to return to the surface to enslave yet another major city. As a result, the Practicers of the Cult sacrificed the leaders themselves. And such began the divine and splendid tradition of sacrificing fellow members of the Cult.

To today, there is only one remaining member of the Blood Cult: الطائفيين الذبيحه. As the Leader of the Cult, he wears the mitre with a clock on the top, in symbolism of the God of the Anticlockwise (The reigning God of the other "Evils") Having mastered the technique of super-regeneration, الطائفيين الذبيحه performed the sacrifices on himself. Or, the person who is daft enough to follow the trail of blood...

TLDR;
Deep underground, the Blood Cult worships their despised God of Sacrifices and the Anticlockwise, Muauji. It is a Cult of one. الطائفيين الذبيحه is the only known practicer of this, as far as studies go. Well, not technically sudies. Legends. Oh, and he sacrifices himself as all the other members are dead or sacrificed.

TTLDR;
This mad dude severs himself to worship some other guy. Rad.

The only evidence of this deranged creature is a geotechnical survey of the ground beneath the East Hearth mountain range. A specific formation with a reading of a mildly largish 11.90 Vp was found 1920 Meters Below Sea Level. That, and any attempts at sending a camera man down there results in a cut of wireless records around about the time when sharp. ragged teeth smash throught the electronics.
