Personality: Reckless, laid back, doesn't give a Dialga(this was originally a swear word) about recoil, loyal to what she wants, one-tracked, structureless, loud, tends to make a scene, greatly enjoys battling, ignorant.
Backstory: She was born as part of a forced breeding project directed by Cyrus to create a potentially powerful Aura Flare. This project went on for years and then she was born. They bonded with her and she evolved into the Aura Flare they wanted. One day, since she tended to explore, so she went into a lab where they were experimenting with a formula to make Pokémon human. She was going wild and some went onto her and it worked.
Cyrus was enraged by this, especially considering he hated her for her lack of structure and rules anyway, and said if she wanted to appear that way, she would have to work as a Grunt to get back up to her status as a direct assistant of Cyrus.
She was 5 at the time of this happening, and she was ambitiously trying to get back up, which was hard since Cyrus had a distaste for her, but after 7 years, at age 12, she got her more Admin-like name, Ceres, and was back up.
She continued normally, then the fateful DAY came when Cyrus summoned Dialga and Palkia, causing Giratina to come out. That day, he disbanded Galactic out of regret for what he had done. Since Ceres had only lived with Team Galactic her whole life, she was distraught. She didn't know what to do, and started hanging out at battle places, where she grew a passion for battling that continues to this day as she can forget everything back then.

Here is the Aura Flare info:
Aura Flares are a subspecies of Lucario that have unique properties with their aura. They only happen upon evolution. How it happens is an average size or above size Riolu, almost always females, evolve and become undersized. Usually the body adjusts the aura to this, but on certain cases the aura makes that of a normal-sized Lucario, creating a "loose" aura.
By training, the Aura Flare can move and change the shape of the aura. Auras try to protect what it's around by increasing defense and power of it. If an Aura Flare puts it around an attack, they can make their attack a lot more powerful. By training to do this, Flares can be as powerful as some legendaries. It does take a significant amount of training however, and this is why none are perfect at it. Flares are very rare and the majority are from forced breeding projects.

Just gonna say, Ceres is unique to all my other OCs, and I really enjoy using her. She's a sharp contrast to Roe and Reian, the other two protagonists in her story, and I love that. That's enough about her now.
