Good Skin. Now here is my feedback :D

Feedback:
I like your base color. However try using a color just slightly darker than the bright one to
line it with. That way it has a slight shadow effect.

Another thing try using more colors and shading in the hair, I like your blocky effect but a maybe one more color would complete it. Anyways it deserves a diamond, and keep up the good work :D
