A new cape has been added to Minecraft! It's available to claim @ Minecraft.net. To integrate your skin more with the 15 year anniversary cape I've created this cloak skin template for y'all. Just download the skin, remove all the white parts, and place your skin UNDER the cloak layer. Paint.NET, Photoshop, GIMP, Fire Alpaca, & other layer-based image editors will work. Notably NOT MS Paint!
