Edit:
Hello. Turns out the previous version of this was not the most accurate DanTDM Sheriff skin known to man, contrary to my belief. I have now noticed some details that were present on an already edited version of the skin, such as 4 transparent dots on the fist (turned white) and a "H" at the top of the sleeve that were present on DanTDM's but not my recreation. These has been corrected in this new version.

Old Description
The most accurate DanTDM Sheriff skin known to man, found here and here.

After doing research, it turns out the original skin was this on Novaskin. The only thing that needed changing was his eyes and the addition of the goggles (no strap apparently). You can compare it to the one in the video and it is exactly the same. I would of liked to have found the original author the skin, but after intensively looking, the one on Novaskin is the oldest and is, until proven otherwise, the original. This is part of a project and since it is an edit you don't have to credit me.
