DAS BOSE is a creature that has been trapped in Post WWII Germany since the end of the war. During the war, the German's experimented with altering human tissue into a gas state allowing a person to become the same as mist. The person would be able to control their state as long as more then %75 of their body mass was within close enough range. The first few tests were done on Jewish prisoners who all died but one. The survivor killed all the soldiers in the facilities before being destroyed by a high ranking Nazi general with a flame thrower. That general, in a last ditch effort to win the war, then turned the experimental procedure on himself.
Learning of this, before he could rain down destruction on the allied invaders, British special forces contained the general in a large jar and imprisoned him in a Russian military base. There he said until the USSR fell. Now he has escaped and is slowly regaining his strength by absorbing the plasma of random Eastern European citizens.
His powers are simple. He can change into the form of gas at any time. By doing this, he can tear people apart by being breathed in by them. He can also escape any cage or room that has any sort of ventilation. He's impervious to bullets and only is weakened by being spread too thin.
He looks like a Homeless man with black eyes with no mouth when in human form or a cloud of barely visible partials when in gas form.
