My Time Lord OC (Original Character), The Controller, in his third incarnation.

He wears a blue coat (similar to a velvet smoking jacket, but not), a white dress shirt, black pants, a brown belt, and brown shoes with special grippers on the back.

He's similar to his first incarnation; clammy and hermit-like. However, unlike his first incarnation, he despises humans and their limited lifespans, due to the death of his sole companion Annabeth in his previous life.

After regenerating, he managed to kill the Slenderman and continued travelling by himself, not bothering to try to replace Annabeth; he mostly stayed away from Earth, causing the incident on Valpraxis.

He has the same variations as all the others (sans coat, sans glasses, and sans both), but those, also, won't be uploaded.
