Cye Borg was a surgeon untill one day he was in a fire and was badly burned. Cye then tried a new experimental procedure of making him self a cyborg. He changed his name to Doctor Cyborg. after having amazing powers Dr.cyborg decided to divert to evil reeking havoc on his home town Spectoral with his weapons of choice flint and steel and two of his old surgery knifes.
