And so the world tree felt Dark Clouds rising from the West.
Something terrible is coming, and it's coming this way. 
This soil cannot be contaminated or "I" will be destroyed.

With its power, the tree summoned its Dryads as to be protectors of the World Tree.
Because of this, the World Tree started dropping leaves one by one. Everything comes with a cost.
Half human, half tree the dryads rose one by one from the roots of the World Tree. 

Now go forth and protect the World Tree with all your might as a Dryad!

This was pretty much the first thing that popped up in my mind. Dryads have always been entitled as nature's protectors so why  not a World Tree, right?
