Back Story:
Pure is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland in which the government has decided to start things anew, so therefore they rounded up their best and brightest into the 'dome', basically a gigantic, self-sustaining bomb shelter. Then they dropped the bombs. These bombs were designed to alter DNA, so if the world did 'restart' then these people would be the outcasts. The effects of these bombs was that they fused you to anything you were holding or standing on. Most people got fused to glass, objects, and the floor or earth, as well as debilitating scars and burns. Most of the people stuck to the floor simply pulled hard or took off their shoes to unstick themselves. However, there were a few who could not do this, and became permanently fused to their surroundings. Eventually they turned into what my skin looks like, covered in debris, dirt, sand and glass. Some of these 'Dusts' can move, while others can't. Their diet consists of small creatures and occasionally the lost wanderer. Due to their fusing, they are very tough and strong, but slow as well. I chose to create this because I loved the book Pure (I highly recommend it), and because this is a unique character that nobody has created a skin out of before.
