An unlucky adventuring Dwarf came out of the forest back into the Dwarf Village. Except, something was odd. He was bitten to hell... ill to no end. He managed to make it to his hut, before he fell over. His dwarven comrades looked over him. One unlucky dwarf got too close to check on the sick dwarf. Then the sick dwarf arose from his unconsciousness and pounced the worried dwarf! He screamed in agony as the insane dwarf was biting into his shoulderblade. Another spectating dwarf laid a good smash against the dwarf across the head. It fell over, moaning and gurgling. It writhed slowly, trying to get up. A few of the Dwarves retreated to get their weapons. While the remaining few tried to beat the creature to death.

The bitten dwarf slowly rose, and caught the few dwarves by surprise. It scratched one dwarf and bit another.

Thus, the infection was spread. And so, the village perished, leaving only the few dwarves who ran for weapons alive. They ran into the woods, looking for a neighboring village, hoping for shelter and safety.

When they found the next village, it was aflame and in ruins... There was no salvation... They started to figure out that this large area in Minecraftia was infested with these... creatures. There was no escape. They had to head to their homeland of Strongholm... And hope it wasn't infested either...
