Note the no noise or other tools were used (Except I did use some blurs and glows on the hair) I got a request from eli1211 (I put a few lines down from here.)
I did a little twist as some things were not specified, So Im really hoping it looks like he wanted.
For some reason the viewers not showing the revision of the hat though, hope that auto fixes.
