remake of my skin, "Skin must have a title", which was the first skin i made on mobile.

i was really proud of the og and thought the skin was ineffable, so i gave it the message ew site skindex gave me when i tried to upload it without a title. the new title is the error message pmc gave me when i tried to upload it without a title. i used this to have a similar title, but also symbolize my growth and moving to pmc.
