Just an OC of sorts I made.
Really like how this one came out looking. For some reason I'm obsessed with the white shirt under green overcoat :P
His eyes are kind of covered up. The idea is that he's wearing a rubber pair of goggles with only one eye. I guess he's missing an eye or something.
I didn't think this through.
