You can press the diamond helmet icon in the bar under the skin here on pmc.
In-game, you have to go to options, Skin Customization. where you can remove the layers you want.

Because when you remove the outer layer, it removes the head layers as well.
However in game, you choose which parts shall be removed, so you can undress him without making his eyes disappear
