Okay but this is my first skin i'm not good at shading and i don't use MCskin3D i use McSkinEdit I think it's better

Well it no way is better ;o MCskin3D adds alot of features that skinedit has, also it's alot easyer to use! :D
please, try to keep your mouse of the noise tool :P

Next time when you dont like a skin say *This skin is not good you need to work more on it and put more effort in it* cause if your always like that you will never have friends

Sorry, it's just that noise skins get me so heated. Personally, I think this skin would look FINE with a blocky-style shading, as the show is a cartoon. I wish more people would at least TRY....
