Maybe try looking up some shading tips and tricks, and try not to use too much of the second layer, otherwise this is a great skin! Keep up duh astonishing work! :D

I like the skin, but a tip;

Maybe use the first layer for base colors, and the hat layer for details. Like the bangs, eyelashes.

The hair doesn't match the shading, maybe shading the clothes and skin will blend it all together.
Some parts of the skin aren't painted.
