Not specifically, the character was actually created before Frozen came out and is based on this lore: https://www.lordofthecraft.net/topic/56254-fjarriauga-and-the-frostborn-coven/ which was posted in 2012. Though when you've seen one blue and white icey dress you've seen em all.
