I have recently played a game of Hearts of Iron 4 on the USA States mod. I played as fascist Illinois, or the Illinois Empire, and have created somewhat of a head-canon for the world. This is my skin for the generic portrait I got for one of the military staff members. Thomas Johannes is an organization specialist who oversees how drills are conducted and makes sure that the military is organized. He finds this very important because "An unorganized army is the equivalent of a bunch of savages with guns!" That is a quote from him. He's also a racist. He wears the customary party uniform that all advisors wear unless they are in the Navy or Secret Police.
