color is good, shading is alright. I would increase the contrast and work on shadows (under arms, bottom of head, between legs). there are some wrapping problems with the legs (front outside edge) and the arms (all major edges....). And the back looks like there is a hole in it.

Hmm, I will look at more skinning tutorials to get a better idea on how to add contrast and shadows. The color on is back does affect is look a little but I still like a good Gingerbread man.
