Ford, Look at my Bill Cipher skins, they aren't triangular but they look good, or you could try making a human bill cipher. Just saying if you tried making a regular bill skin just take a look at my bill skins.

I don't mean to come off so blunt, or even possibly rude, but.
No. I am not making, and will not make a Bill Cipher, or humanised Bill Cipher (especially not this!) skin. I want to stay true to the show by making what I can without going far out of MC's style, therefore messing it up. The farthest I went with this on the skin aspect is Bipper. And it's as far as I believe I will go. If you want me to make Bill Cipher I did model him, right here.

It's the accurate color, as i've noticed in my time making skins that the black outlines can make all the difference in how colors appear in shows
