i like the geometry but you could definitely work on the continuity a bit. try having the collar and epilets wrap around the entire shoulder instead of just being on the front. when your skinning try to model your skin off of a certain kind of clothing like a suit or coat or jacket, etc. you want the skin to come together as a whole 3d figure and not just as a bunch of flat surfaces that are connected. don't limit yourself to just decorating the front or back. try to wrap some features around the leg or arm like a tux hem or a shoulder pad of a suit. it really helps to make your skin come alive and look professional.
