Level 9 : Apprentice Explorer

My first skin on my planet minecraft account! This skin is based off the anime "Gundam Wing" and it's character "Heavy Arms". Sunrise Inc. owns Gundam and all characters, I do not I just made the skin. I hope you guys like the skin as much as I do and let me know in the comments if you want me to do more Gundam based skins. Also helpful comments are much obliged.

Is the best way to learn how to shade by just experimenting?

I advise you to watch some tutorials on youtube. They are plenty of them, and it helped me become good at shading. However it might also be a good idea to do some experimenting!
