This is Hermey, an elf from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. In the movie, he wants to learn to be a dentist, but all the other elves tell him he never will be. He goes with Rudolph to the Island of Misfit Toys, where he finds that everyone is different. Hermey's chance comes when King Moonracer is in desperate need of a root canal.
Hermey relates to the theme of Santa's Workshop Contest because he is one of Santa's elves. Enjoy!
