I have absolutely no idea who was the original create for this skin. A friend of mine had been using the original and wanted the face changed a little as the original had very odd looking skin tones.

I've merely moved the eyes up, added eyebrows, recolored the mouth, added noise to the skin and dithering to the suit. All the rest remains property of the original (unknown) artist.
