The White Rabbit
from Alice in Wonderland.
The White Rabbit is one of the first characters introduced to the reader/ viewer in Alice in Wonderland other then Alice herself. The White Rabbit has always been displayed with a old fashioned chain clock from his coats pocket and saying the ironic line "I'm late!, I'm late!, for a very important date" which comes from the 1951 Disney version. The original line was from Lewis Carroll's, 1865 book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which was "Oh dear,! Oh dear!, I shall be too late!" (the English language has changed a lot since then).
Now, before I go on, I must warn you that I'm the biggest over thinker you will probability come across and it doesn't help that I'm older then your average minecrafter.
So lets go down the rabbit hole, (sorry I couldn't, not use that pun), I personally find that most fairy tales, traditional lore or nursery rhymes have a darker and twisted meaning or historical background to them. Take for example, Ring a Ring o' Roses, which is linked to the Black Death plague which went through Europe in the mid 1300's. From my understanding the White Rabbit is seen as a sub character in Alice and Wonderland but I think he plays a much more important role symbolically.
It is a common theory that Alice fell asleep and the events of Wonderland is just a dream. BUT! .. could the White Rabbit stand for something else in Alice's life?. Lets think about this a bit more (turn back if you want). What is the reason for the White Rabbit to be in Alice in Wonderland in the first place? From the reader/ viewers knowledge the White Rabbit comes from the real world and enters into Wonderland with Alice. Was he designed as a link between the real world and Wonderland? Was he only meant to be a character for Alice to follow around the events of Wonderland to make telling the story easier?
What I find telling is when we look at the White Rabbit as a symbol of something in Alice's life which has coursed the events of Wonderland to happen. So the White Rabbit and Alice are the same person. So would the White Rabbit be a physical display of mental illness in Alice's life?. I only view this as a possibility because the White Rabbit was running late to the Mad- Hatter's Tea Party when Alice meet him and she followed him to that Tea Party. (Now this is a big jump) Outside of the idea of mental illness could Alice be trying to mentally remove herself from a situation of abuse she is suffering from by creating a "safe" world in her head?. Or is it just the dreams and creates of a child's imagination?

I should have done this sooner but about 6 hours after I posted the original my computer gave me the black screen of death and i couldn't edit the skin on my phone. So this is just some though annoying bits that I couldn't stop looking at that needed to change.
- fix the orange eye blending in with the red of the eye
- changed the coat colours (more deeper/ lighter highlights)
- made the red mouth more darker
