Hey guys! This is a skin that I'm uploading as an advertisement (sorta) for the upcoming server Hungerstruck!

This minecraft server is a remastered version of Hungercraft, which shut down about three years ago.

Most people would just call it "Survival Games," but it is so much more than that.
Many features that Hungerstruck has include:

Sanity level (functions if you're in a dark area or underground as well)
Thirst (realism)
Block breaking (getting armor and swords from the start is just way too easy cmon people let's have a challenge!)
Custom maps (these aren't your everyday forests, trust me..)
Randomly generated chests scattered across the map (pretty self explanatory. Encourages exploration and compensates for people who did not have the chance to get items at the corn)
No grace period after initial countdown (No one's going to wait a minute after having to wait to get off the plates to start killing)
A wonderful community (the best part of Hungerstruck is the community. The map is created by players selected to be part of a build team. Rivalries form. Friends are made. Teams are contructed. This isn't just another server that will become your flavor of the week. This is server that will bring people together, create bonds, cause laughter. This is a server you will never forget.

However...

The first server, Hungercraft, shut down two years ago.
The community I once loved is dying from lack of advertisement, and slow, incomplete updates.
A server for Hungerstruck IS up for 24/7 use, but no one is playing.

The community now stands with a meakly 15-30 people following it's developement.

How do we fix this problem?
We raise awareness.
We give it a chance.
We look at how amazing Hungercraft was, and then think about how much better Hungerstruck will be now that we're years into minecraft updates.
