Shading is okay: I would change the shading in the sides of the hoodie, top part of the hoodie and would unify the shading of the torso and the legs since it is a larger Coat.

For the colors: Learn to hue-shift. There are many popular guides in this community showing studies classifying in color.

Oh and, don't skip shading skin color.
