Who Eevee is:

This is the Eevee god and ruler of all Eevee's in the pokemon world (Since Eevee is my favorite pokemon I decided to make this skin related to the theme of the skin contest.

What Eevee does:

The Eevee God has it's own duty of taking care of the Eevee's in the wild, the Eevee God feeds them and makes them healthy ready to be caught by a trainer.
The Eevee God can also remove an Eevee from a trainer if the Eevee God does not believe the trainer has been treating it well, then that Eevee will be healed or feed and sent back to the wild. But if Eevee choses to stay with the trainer the Eevee God will let the Eevee stay.

The Immortal Eevee God cannot be captured since he is a trainer! One day a trainer found an Eevee in the wild and captured it and became obsessed with the pokemon Eevee. So he caught about another 9 and they all lived in his house.
Then saying he loved the Eevee's so much the God of all pokemon Summoned him to became the Immortal Eevee God. And that's the story!
