I might put the soldier as a future project when i lack skin ideas, if you meant as a request to only you i don't do them anymore. Suggestions for skins that i should make are fine, since i can upload them here on pmc.
I didn't mean that to be like a commission, I just thought it would be cool for you to do. There aren't many good TF2 skins in existence.
