The occasional Joy Doctor, from We Happy Few.
"Fee fi fo fum, someone's been skipping their medicay-shun!"says the Doctor. If you happen to be sniffed about by one of these Nigel Thornberry-looking guys and you're off your Joy, they may kindly offer you a Joy pill. Or use a knock-out syringe. Or saw you to death. Dr's Verloc's following of doctors patrol the streets individually, making sure there are no downers on the loose.
Another favourite of mine in retrospect. Like Foggy Jack I managed to make this skin with ease, little to no problems whatsoever. Perhaps that fashionable pair of wellington boots could be improved, and the mustache too. But alas another time.
"Oh dear, the Coconut Joy isn't very effective at all, is it? Don't tell anyone I said that."
