Judge Dredd, I chose to make this character due to the fact that I've seen no one at all enter this into the Villain and hero competition and I wanted to make Judge Dredd.
Now then, his detail may not be that good but he's a hard character to make, so I've made this story for you guys that don't know who Judge Dredd is and for you guys that already know.... well your choice to read or not.
Anyway I'll be working on the detail a bit at a time to get it spot on, but for now.

Who is this guy.? Well well...
Judge Joseph Dredd (Judge Dredd) is the titular character of the Judge Dredd Universe.
Judge Dredd is the clone of "The Father Of Justice" F.O.J for short.

Along side his clone brother, Rico, Dredd was "born" in 2066 at the age of five, with the information typical of children that age electronically inserted into his brain. Both he and his brother were artificially aged, and while still in the Academy of Law, were temporarily elevated to the rank of Full Judge in order to restore order to the terror-stricken streets of Mega City One during the events of the Atomic Wars. Proving themselves under fire, both men were selected to participate in the assault on the White House to impeach President Booth after it was discovered he had intentionally triggered the Atomic Wars.

Dredd and his clone-brother graduated the academy in 2079, with Rico finishing as top cadet with Dredd just behind him. Shortly after their graduation Rico slowly delved into criminal activities and was ultimately judged by Dredd and sentenced to twenty years hard labor at the Judge Prison on Titan. Dredd continued to serve with distinction, saving Mega City One from ultimate destruction on several occasions, as well as travelling in time and space to ensure the safety and security of his city. He has also on several occasions declined offers to become Chief Judge of the Justice Department.

Dredd is currently over seventy years old. During his years of service he has recieved numerous injuries, many serious. During the Proteus mission (in which he and Judge Anderson were sent forward in time to 2120) his eyes were gouged out by a demon and were replaced with Bionic .ones. Most recently he was diagnosed with a malign growth on his duodenum, although this was caught in time to be treated
