Someone who doesn't have a gender/lacks their original birth gender. They don't identify with any gender. Agender-ness exists as a spectrum, as does aromanticism and asexuality!
Agenders usually prefer to wear androgynous clothing/act more androgynous. But not everyone is like this! They can use any pronouns they'd like, regardless of gender identity!

They don't have to be the norm :)
