Basically in a nutshell for non-Filipino viewers, Maria Clara at Ibarra (english: Maria Clara and Ibarra) is basically an Isekai but with 18th century Philippines! A college student named Klay was traveled to the world Jose Rizal's books -Noli me Tangere and El Filibusterismo to kind learn about the wstory, all thanks to her professor that can turn into a firefly [​i'm not joking], Mr. Torres.

This a decent skin, but kid me not, I haven't seen any MCAI skins... yet.
