The hair and and eyes look nothing like Link, though. That's what Paddy is saying.
If I were to look at this skin before I read the title, I probably wouldn't have even been able to guess it was Link, but that's probably just me.

Doesn't really look much like Link, his distinctive features are his eyes and hair and I really don't think you've done them justice. It looks more like someone cosplaying as Link rather than Link himself, the collar also looks a tad bit weird. I'd recommend eyes like this.
