Why does the title say "LotC" but the skin isn't allowed on LotC?

It says that because the skin was designed for a specific character on LotC. Ones such as [Lotc] Townsperson are more vague in design and thus free for the community to use and modify.

I'll be updating the "do not use" warning on several of my skins soon, but feel free to ask if there's still questions!
