Well, here we go! another skin! :D I was supposed to title it ''I want winter!'' but, Since the skin have not-a-long skirt, I just changed it into Lovely Blue and White. This skin is based on my drawing. I'm not gonna show the drawing coz it's horrable. (Coz I rushed the drawing.) I have put SO MANY tags in this skin so people can easily see it.

Sorry I can't coz she's creepy D: She is so scary.. :O sorry.. I get scared easily. If I looked at her photo tons of times, I get scared.. O.O and I can't make so much skins coz I have home works everyday.. I hate school. '_'
