Hello everyone this time I have a Pokemon skin for you, and it is Lucario. Being one of my favorite Pokemon I actually made this a while ago, but was unsure if I wanted to post it. Like most of my skins it is very basic, and all of this skin's parts are made from scratch. I'm still trying to work on details such as shading so I add little bits of it every so often. I hope you all enjoy. :)
