Lyn from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade (published abroad as just Fire Emblem) made using a 16* colour palette taken from her in-game portrait sprite. I last made a skin in this style about 2 years ago now, with my Roy skin. They are a lot of fun to make, and I find they end up being some of the most striking skins I do, because of the GBA's colourful palettes. Personally, in the case of GBA characters I think it's more interesting than a skin based on their Heroes artwork or something similar, especially in cases like Lyn where the two designs don't differ very much. That said, I'm not writing off the option of making some alts for this one based on Brave or Legendary Lyn, if there is enough interest and I find the motivation.

* on the topic of the palette, I say 16 colour because that's the hardware limit of the GBA, but this skin actually only has 15. The Fire Emblem GBA games use the 16th colour as the background of the portrait, to allow for transparency. On my Roy skin, I chose to replace this 16th colour with an extra shade (it was either a pure white, or a slightly darker blue-ish grey) to help with the legs, which of course aren't included in these portraits. However, with Lyn, I didn't end up needing the 16th colour, so I've chosen to keep the palette as-is.
