He looks like he has a receding hairline. T____T I would love this if his widows peak was in front instead of on top of his head.

He does have quite a prominent forehead in Chrono Trigger and in the concept art. The hair line is where it should be. Some drawings of him DO have the peak coming down much lower, as you've said... but not all. A longer widow's peak would not translate well in a Minecraft skin, in my opinion.
