Well i edit my skins in minecraftskins.com there are 2 simple shading tools (black marker,white marker) you can upload your skins and download it to edit them,to use the shading tools choose the color and click the black marker if you want to make the color more dark or use the white marker to make the color more white,its so easy just try :D if u dont understand me so well send me a pm.
