Why would you upload such skins?
Computer Circuit Board, THIS, why won't you just spend some time on a good skin, and if you can't, then don't upload anything at all.
Believe me when I say this: "NOONE wants such skins."

calm down raxos. There are no requirements on the web site that state that we have to be perfect like u think u are. do u see his level? he's new and he's my friend. so when he becomes a little more advanced in making skins, he'll attempt to make ur quality of skins

Firstly, I am far from thinking I am perfect, and secondly, skill or level have nothing to do with the fact that he made no attempt at a skin, there isn't even any eyes or face on this.
Please do not tell me to calm down, I was simply pointing this out to him, and I forgot about this skin until you reminded me.
