History :
Jack has always been amazed by super heroes in his childhood, but not because they were righteous people or because they were saving lives but what was impressing him were their superpowers like flying or being really strong. He was also really smart and seemed to be destined for a life of engineer.
When he started becoming an adult, in parallel with rocket boy (who was gaining in success as a superhero), he envied him. Therefore Jack began growing in the jealousy, in fact he pissed off by Rocket Boy’s powers, why him, why did he get supernatural skills and not him ?! It was only the outset of his hatred toward all super heroes.
One day an idea came to his mind and he tried to compensate his lack of superpowers by technology. After several tests and a countless number of nights of work he was able to fly with a jetpack. But it wasn’t enough for him, he wanted more speed and strength than what his body allowed him. Then he tried to inject to himself powerful doping… but it failed, the doping went in his blood and he had not predicted that the liquid would go to his brain. It had dire consequences : madness grabbed his mind. After this disaster he tried crazy things on himself until graft a missile on his back to make him faster. He then swore to kill all superheroes.

Supernatural skills : Has a missile grafted onto his spine, it makes him fast (~16,400 km/h) in the sky. He has in him injected a lot of doping products which make the blood travel faster, less need to eat and drink etc.
Use of his powers : Is nearly impossible to chase, he can do crimes anywhere he wants and escape.
Crimes : He killed for now 3 superheroes : Nervous Ned, Telekinesis Woman and Eagle Man - he attacked twice Rocket Boy and 5 years ago he collapsed 2 buildings in China. And in addition, 9 banks robbed.
