The eyes make the skin look like a boy - Maybe try adding eyelashes? Or were you aiming for her to look boyish?
Second: I think the eyes are a bit too high up by a pixel.
Third: Is the hair supposed to be shaded on the head and unshaded/slightly lighter on the other parts of the hair?
Great job on the skin, but the shading is a bit messed up. All in all I like this skin. Nice job, +1 Diamond.
