They're everywhere. Every planet on any star system you go to, there's groups of them. They beat people up left and right and no one does anything about it. They think they're so fancy, showing off their modified brains and body. But.... somethings off. Their confident. too confident. They always act as if they won't be stopped. Why doesn't anyone stand up to them? They may have something... going on. I'll have to investigate. The ongoing theory is that they have their greedy little hands on the leaders of hundreds of races. I'll be the one to prove it. I've left a sketch of what they look like, I will be back for reports tomorrow.
