Yup, it's Mr. Dream! I used the updated Skincraft for this skin. He has boxing gloves that act as a hat (Press the hat button, and he'll just have his hands).

Mr. Dream is the replacement for Mike Tyson in Punch-Out!! He fights the same, but has a better record. He's not a real-world guy, so he has 99 KO. Arguably better than Tyson, who is a real dude.  So anyway, here is my skin. Pretty good, if I do say so myself!
