You need to have your own style when shading your skins. At first you want to use a preshaded overlay to just shade your skins in under 5 minutes, but once you start to get big or atleast bigger start to use your own style of shading. Mabye try some new styles once you get bigger, see how your followers react; Good or bad, then decide if you wish to continue useing that style.
