this is Tatsuya he is dragon that got turned into a human to find love to a human instead of a dragoness(girl dragon) from there he went to the human world and found Mairia who became Tatsuya's girlfriend.

I love how this turned out! despite he has a slimmer build then Steve, I am still going to to use Steve's base since the way I do it is Steve=male Alex=female (despite there is no official claims that Alex is female)
