Another original character I was playing on a Fallout New Vegas rp server. In all honesty I took the legs from some NCR trooper skin on this site but I'm having trouble finding it to credit as such, no offense intended. The look of the character is somewhat inspired by a young Chris Redfield. His story is that he's an NCR Vertibird pilot and mechanic, and a little cowardly because he isn't in many firefights. His jacket is an NCR styled bomber, which I repurposed from an old gamedev project.
